We use DHL/UPS, all tracked, dispatched from California, packaged with care.

Carolina Irving and Daughters/ Carolina Irving Textiles Inc. is only authorised to collect and remit sales tax in for the State of NY and California.

For international orders, customs, duties and other charges will be charged by the freight forwarder.

FOR PRE-ORDER ITEMS - EXPECTED DELIVERY 6-8 WEEKS

All pre-orders are non refundable and cannot be cancelled.

Pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or credited. 

All orders placed that contain pre-order merchandise in conjunction with in stock merchandise will ship once the pre-order stock arrives.  If you need the in stock merchandise shipped before,  please do place separate orders.
